Rwanda emerged 3rd Best Exhibitor in Africa Category at ITB 2013

Last Updated on Thursday, 18 April 2013 11:56

Rwanda's delegation at ITB BerlinRwandan stand at ITB Berlin 2013 came in third place in the Africa category of the Best Exhibitor Awards, held by students of the Cologne Business School (CBS) on Saturday, 9 March 2013.

Burundi topped the best of the best exhibitors in the Africa category, followed by Kenya and Rwanda.

During the days of the trade show (this year 6-10 March), Cologne Business School assessors visited some 12,000 booths at ITB and assessed them according to numerous criteria such as booth construction, information contents, service quality, friendliness and special effects.

The award ceremony took place in the Palais at the Funkturm on the Berlin fair trade premises and was hosted by CBS's Jessica Wack and Marie-Caroline Utsch. The ten best placed exhibitors of each category were awarded in front of over 600 invited guests, and the best three of each category on stage.

CBS is an internationally orientated, state-recognized university of applied sciences and counts as one of Germany‘s top Business Schools.
